Reported by project responsibles from Thailand:

All documents have error in Thai Font except title.
For example: the word of น้ำหมักชีวภาพ , and the error font is นา้หมกัชวีภาพ .

The PDF files (Techology Summary document) has embedded fonts.
When I look at the properties of a PDF summary in Thai, it lists the following embedded fonts:
  • DejaVuSans
  • DejaVuSans-Bold
  • NimbuSansL-Regu
  • NotoSansThai-Bold
  • OpenSans-Regular
  • UnifontMedium

Solution: Replace fonts used in wkhtmltopdf for documents in Thai.
