qcat.wocat.net should present a link to CBP web application.
Therefore:
At the landing page there are different boxes with links to technologies, approaches, etc.
One is 'Watershed and Runoff'. This one is inactive as it was never really developed.
This box could be used/replaced with a something concerning 'Carbon Benefit ...'
The main format should be kept as it is. The picture can, of course, be replaced.
