- A list of predefined projects (name, abbreviation) / institutions (name, country, abbreviation) must be available (new model)
- WOCAT secretariat must be able to edit the lists (first step: via Django Admin, more advanced solution: separate GUI)
- Form widget to select one of them (Django Taggit?)
